Job Summary
The Multimedia Design Intern will support the implementation of the marketing strategy by providing creative and multimedia design services across various communication platforms.
The role focuses on producing visual content aligned with the organisation’s Corporate Identity standards, while contributing to brand consistency, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design or Multimedia Design
- National Senior Certificate (Matric)
Minimum Experience
- A portfolio of work demonstrating tertiary-level design experience is required

Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities
Designing of Marketing Collateral
- Assist in designing marketing materials including posters, banners, flyers, website graphics, and infographics
- Support updates to policy wording and regulations through structured visual formatting
- Design organisational presentations in line with Corporate Identity guidelines
Events Coordination and Management
Provide full support for corporate events, including:
- Designing event invitations and branding materials
- Event photography and photo editing for post-event social media use
- Creating short-form video content such as reels for social media and internal marketing
Corporate Communication
- Design graphics and infographics for the website, intranet, and other communication platforms
- Support digital and print communication initiatives
Internal Marketing Support
- Provide design assistance to various divisions based on internal requirements
- Collaborate in developing internal marketing campaigns and events
- Translate complex concepts and technical information into visually engaging content
Brand and Product Awareness
- Assist in maintaining and strengthening corporate identity standards
- Ensure brand consistency across all communication materials
- Collaborate with the Marketing Agency to update the Corporate Identity Manual
- Support social media campaign development
- Maintain and update business templates in line with Corporate Identity requirements
Ad Hoc Responsibilities
- Perform reasonable tasks aligned with the role as required by the Line Manager
