SANPC invites applications for its 18-month structured Work-Integrated Learning (WIL) Programme.

This programme forms part of SANPC’s long-term skills development and talent pipeline strategy, providing graduates with practical workplace exposure aligned to their field of study.

Successful candidates will be placed in Gauteng and Western Cape Provinces.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must hold a National Diploma or Degree in one of the following fields:

Mechanical Engineering
Electrical Engineering
Human Resources
Financial Management
Information Technology
SHEQ (Quality Management, Environmental Management, SHEQ Administration)
Chemical Engineering
Business Management
Law / LLB
