Harmony Gold invites applications for its 2026 Internship and P1/P2 Experiential Learning Programme.
The programme is open to:
- Graduates or Diplomates with completed qualifications
- Students requiring Internship or Experiential (P1/P2) exposure to complete their qualifications
- Applicants residing in Harmony’s local operating communities
- Children of Harmony employees
The development programme aims to provide practical industry exposure, build technical competence, and potentially create opportunities for employment or promotion upon successful completion.
Selection Criteria and Conditions
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- South African citizens only
- Below the age of 35

Additional Conditions:
- Must hold a full tertiary qualification from an accredited South African university or college
- Internship applicants must have completed their qualification in the relevant field
- Must not have previously benefited from a similar programme
- Successful applicants will undergo a full medical examination and security screening
- P1/P2 applicants must submit a recent letter from their institution confirming the requirement for experiential exposure
