Programme Purpose
SABS invites unemployed graduates to apply for a one-year Youth Development Internship Programme commencing in April 2026.
The programme is designed to provide practical workplace exposure, structured mentoring, and learning opportunities aligned with organisational and national skills priorities.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend of R8,000.00 for the full 12-month duration.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements
Applicants must meet all the following criteria:
- South African citizen
- Aged between 18–35 years
- Completed a relevant Bachelor’s Degree or Advanced Diploma
- Minimum 80% academic average for completed qualification
- No formal work experience related to the field of study
- Currently unemployed
Failure to meet all criteria will result in disqualification.

Duties and Responsibilities
Participants in the Youth Development Programme will:

- Demonstrate willingness to learn and contribute to team objectives
- Comply with organisational policies and professional standards
- Submit progress reports and complete programme assessments
