Key Responsibilities

Client Acquisition and Pipeline Development

Needs Analysis and Advisory

Conduct detailed financial assessments to understand clients’ affordability and home loan requirements.
Recommend suitable home loan solutions aligned with client profiles and lending criteria.
Guide clients through the full application and approval process.

Relationship Management and Service Delivery

Maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
Provide professional, responsive, and client-focused service at all stages of the process.

Administration and Compliance

Accurately complete loan applications and supporting documentation.
