Job Description
The Roofing Foreman is responsible for supervising and executing turnkey roofing projects from mobilization through final inspection and client handover. This role leads field crews, ensures safety and quality compliance, coordinates materials and subcontractors, and delivers projects on schedule and within budget for both commercial and residential clients..
Reporting to the Director:
- Lead and supervise roofing crews on commercial and residential projects.
- Execute turnkey projects including tear-off, repairs, installation, waterproofing, and final cleanup.
- Interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts.
- Ensure all work meets manufacturer and industry standards.
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and sequencing of work.
- Monitor productivity and ensure efficient labor utilization.
