Key Responsibilities
- Sales & Business Development: Maximize sales, develop the emerging markets customer base, and facilitate growth of principal product sales.
- Strategy & Execution: Provide input on growth strategy, coordinate sales plan execution, and implement pricing structures for route teams.
- Team Leadership: Train, develop, and measure the performance of route teams, set sales targets, and drive achievement.
- Operations & Stakeholder Management: Manage fixed costs, control overtime, coordinate stakeholder relationships, and resolve customer issues.
- Communication & Reporting: Ensure effective communication between all supporting departments and conduct meetings to maintain alignment.
